Plan your contour timeline before the big day.
Whether you are the bride, groom, mother of the bride, wedding party, or preparing for a reunion, pageant, photoshoot, or major event, the best results come from starting early enough to build measurable change without panic.
Know the cost before you call.
No memberships, no contracts, and no confusing packages. We recommend a visit plan based on your goal, target areas, and timeline.
What can be achievable?
Many full torso clients see approximately up to 3 inches of combined circumferential change in a visit across measured areas. Some see less, some see more, and individual results vary based on hydration, body composition, lymphatic flow, lifestyle, and consistency.
How we explain it: combined inches means total change across multiple measured areas, not necessarily 3 inches from one single spot.
Where event clients commonly focus
Most event clients focus on the waistline, abdomen, arms, back-line area, and clothing-specific areas such as dresses, suits, photos, or swimwear.
- Abdomen and waistline
- Love handles and flanks
- Back and bra-line area
- Arms, thighs, or spot areas when appropriate
Recommended visit plan
For weddings and events, we recommend starting 6–12 visits ahead of your date. If your event is very soon, we can still discuss what is realistic, but earlier is better.
- Quick goal: 4–6 visits
- Moderate goal: 6–12 visits
- More significant goal: 12+ visits
- Maintenance: as desired after your initial series
4–6 weeks
Good for a short confidence push or smaller goal.
6–8 weeks
Better for a more noticeable series and consistent tracking.
8–12 weeks
Ideal when the event matters and you want time to adjust the plan.
Questions we answer before you schedule
Can I come in right before my event?
Yes, but the best plan starts several weeks ahead. Last-minute visits may still help, but expectations need to be realistic.
What should I treat before photos?
Common areas are torso, waistline, back, arms, and any area affected by the outfit.
What does it cost?
Full torso sessions are $75. Spot treatments for arms, legs, face, or smaller areas are $55.
